How do I return for size exchange purpose? 

*All items must be shipped back within 3 working days upon receiving the items. 

*Please note that return parcels may take up to 3 working days to be processed. 

I found a defect on my item but I've already washed it. What should I do?

We're unable to accept your return if it had been washed. Please check your item upon receive. 

I would like to request a refund. 

We apologize that we are unable to provide any refunds. 

The size doesn't fit me. Can I change it to other size ?

Yes. Exchange is allowed if stock is AVAILABLE. 

The colour looks different from the website.

Colour of products may vary due to studio lighting used. It may appear darker or lighter.

Exchanges are only available for size of the same design with available stock.Kindly note that we are not allow to change colour.

Exchanging for a different product is strictly not allowed. 

All Item(s) must be returned in original condition (unaltered, unworn, unwashed and with tags intact) 

Not applicable for Best Buy / SALE / Discounted items / FREE SIZE items / Inner Wear, Bra, Underwear. 

Orders placed using discount codes are not applicable for exchange. 

All items must be shipped back within 3 working days upon receiving the item. 

No refund(s) are allowed. * All return/exchange request will be processed within 3 working days upon receipt of returned items. 

We reserved the right to reject any return item(s) if it does not meet the conditions.

Buyer is responsible for the shipping cost of returned item(s) except for defective item due to our negligence & tracking number has to be inform to our customer service.

Buyer is responsible for the item until it reaches us and kindly retain all proof of mailing until an acknowledgement has been sent.
